- I was a regular racer at your track in 1973 &74 while I was in the military. I’ll never forget the night 2 cars did there customary burnout and staged. One was a 55 Chevy called the Strip Streaker. Then doors on both cars flew open. The next thing I saw was a man in one lane and a woman in the other, (both nude) running down the track. The announcer talked it up as if it were a real race. The win light came on in her lane, and someone picked them up at the far end of the track. It was a blast and I don’t think anyone was offended. The next weekend there was a sign in the staging lanes that read Ethel Streaked Here!!
