Paul recently graduated from Premier Training International that specializes in Personal Fitness Training, Sports Massage Therapy, Body Massage, Health & Nutrition and Circuit Training. The diploma in Personal Fitness Training is a nationally recognized and accredited qualification acknowledged by all the major health club providers such as Next Generation, David Lloyd Leisure Plc, Fitness First Plc, and Holmes Place Plc, in addition to all local leisure centers and facilities.
