The original concept was developed by Michael Gawley of Hawaii, who posted a page where he listed all the information that he could assemble about legal CCW, state by state. Mike did a wonderful job of cataloging each state's status, and he appended stories by people about their experiences regarding the acquisition of the state's permit.
