- Pagan Tatu was founded in 1996 when Dave Paskevich and Sean Tracy parted company with a former mentor. They opened the first shop on Edmonton's Whyte avenue, that old friends will remember as the "gothic" shop, with black walls and skeletons included for good measure. 2003 saw them move into the present locale at 8604 - 99 st., where the atmosphere is relaxed and creatively charged. The building has some history, and it has proved to be an effective stage for the performance of artful, inventive tattooing.
