PANUG - Networking user group edit
PANUG is the Portland Area Networking User Group, a support group for computer networking professionals in Portland, Oregon. PANUG's members support operating systems like Linux, NetWare, Unix and Windows. Additionally support for all things that relate to the Internet, LANS, WANS and security among others, is available. PANUG holds meetings every month, the aim of which is to bring members news and information on new and existing technologies and networking products. PANUG also provides more formal training classes.

Three types of membership available:
- Individual Membership
- Student Membership
- Corporate membership
A corporate membership allows any three people in the company to take advantage of PANUG benefits. For example, up to three people from the company can attend PANUG member only events or receive discounts for a PANUG-sponsored seminar or educational event.
- WebPages
Members can have web pages on PANUG's web server which can be used to promote their businesses.
- Time Server
The Accelerated Learning Center maintains a private time server that PANUG members can use for free. The time server uses both the NTP and the Time Protocol.
