While looking for more sun, Jutta arrived in Cape Town, South Africa in 1995. Cape Town has around 330 sunny days during the year. The people are very friendly, quality of life is great and the scenery fantastic - with Table Mountain, the wine lands and the Atlantic Ocean around - Jutta has found a new home in Cape Town. To bring this magnificant country closer to other interested people she has registered as a qualified Tourist Guide.

Paradise Place is located in a quiet crescent in a tranquil part of Flamingo Vlei, north-west of Cape Town, five minutes by car to Bloubergstrand beach, 15 minutes to Cape Town City and the famous V&A Waterfront and 20 minutes to Table Mountain. Paradise Place is close to all amenities (two shopping centers, cinema, a variety of pubs and restaurants). Numerous sporting facilities within easy reach (e.g. Golf course, surf spots, bird watching, tennis, horse riding).
