Since we believe the shaft is the most important component of the golf club, this is the first thing we consider in the design process. Look at it this way: your body is the engine, the shaft is the transmission, and the club heads are the tires. Though engines are more powerful and tires much improved, transmissions have not changed much in the last 20 years. Would you rather have a 3-speed transmission or the latest 6-speed?
