Our Mission: PARENTS is a partnership of Alaska families of children with disabilities, which provides support, training, resources, and advocacy statewide.
PARENTS believes that strong capable families are the best resources for children with special needs. We also believe that parents of these children can provide support and information to each other.
PARENTS helps families by offering information, training, referrals, support, and advocacy services. We can connect parents with other parents who share the same needs and concerns.
PARENTS works with parents of children with special needs (all kinds and all ages), professionals and others, to improve the lives of children and families in homes, schools, and communities around the state.
