She received her doctorate at the Georgia School of Professional Psychology, in the APA-accredited clinical psychology program. She also holds two master's degrees in psychology, from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology (MA, Clinical Psychology), and the University of Richmond, Virginia (MA., General Psychology).
