- My passion is to invest in people and help them develop to their God-given potential. For decades that passion has been pursued by developing my gifts of preaching, teaching, mentoring, and leading through the local church, a national media ministry, various conferences, and denominational entities. God has challenged me to be on a journey of openness to varied ways to use these gifts and help others. Presently I am using my gifts and experiences leading the ministry division of Feed The Children, coaching pastors, conducting roundtables, speaking in churches and conferences, and consulting with churches to strategically plan their future. The pursuit of the passion continues and so does my journey with Him.
