About PatchWorx™
PatchWorx is a fun and secure on-line community that breaks down the barriers of isolation, offering a warm and friendly environment for children facing illness and disability. We welcome the children (ages 5 to 21), their parents and siblings, to a place where they can share laughter and tears, stories, ideas, and learn from each other.
