Paul Davidson is an author (The Lost Blogs, Consumer Joe), NPR commentator (All Things Considered), journalist (Wired, mental_floss magazine), TV producer (Celebrity Mole: Yucatan, The Benefactor, The Princes of Malibu), screenwriter (Grounded) and not-so-famous relative to a handful of marginally-famous celebrities.

His official blog, Words For My Enjoyment, was founded in August 2003 as the publicity campaign for his first book Consumer Joe was just gearing up. It quickly evolved into a daily obsessive ritual for Davidson (who enjoys speaking in the 3rd person), resulting in (presently) over 1100 humor entries and more than half-a-million visitors (yeah, some of them refreshed the page twice).

While his goal is to bring steaming, fresh, sort-of humorous content to the masses on a daily basis, he wants to make sure that you’re aware that he does not believe “that children are our future”, “that if Andrew gets up we should all get up or it’ll be anarchy” or that he should say “hello to your little friend” or “defend the Frontier against Xur and the Ko-Dan armada.” These are things he is sure of, and if it leaves a bad taste in your mouth, you might want to leave before he plays the theme song to The Greatest American Hero.
