Payroll Solutions was founded in 1991 as a division of LGC Culp & Cote, an accounting tax & payroll company. The founder, Jennifer Cote, has been involved in accounting payroll & tax since 1965. She held senior positions in industry prior to forming a professional partnership with LGC Culp & Partners.
From 1991 to 1995, Mrs. Cote practised with this international partnership and built her partnership office into the largest LGC practice in Canada out of some 180 offices. In 1995, Mrs. Cote decided to leave the LGC partnership and go out on her own. In 2001, Mrs. Cote took the payroll business and incorporated Payroll Solutions Canada Inc.
Since 2001 Payroll Solutions has represented a US payroll firm of the same name, providing service to US employers with Canadian employees. Payroll Solutions also services many US employers who have made direct contact with us. With superior knowledge of business registration requirement and extensive tax services, Payroll Solutions specializes in serving the needs of foreign employers.
