The PBIC is made up of the core staff of professionals at the UNC Highway Safety Research Center, including engineers, urban planners, public information specialists, web site specialists, researchers, computer programmers, communication specialists, and others. We also have an on-site coordinator in the Washington, D.C. office, and a team of other Organizations and Consultants who work with the PBIC on a variety of tasks. We have assembled a team of professionals who are very knowledgeable on walking and bicycling issues and who are truly committed to improving safety, health, and mobility for those who wish to walk or bicycle
