About the Doctor
Dr. Lynch practices periodontics and surgical implant dentistry in the northeast area of Colorado Springs and in his satellite office in Salida. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from San Jose State College and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. He then entered the U.S. Army Dental Corps and completed another year of formal dental education through a general dentistry internship program. He completed his postdoctoral specialty training in periodontics through the Medical College of Georgia and the Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia. He also completed a preceptorship in dental implantology at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Lynch had multiple assignments in the United States and Germany during his military career. He retired from the Army in 1995 to start his practice in Colorado Springs. He is board-certified by the American Board of Periodontology and is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He has memberships in multiple professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Board of Periodontology, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the Colorado Dental Association, the Colorado Springs Dental Society, and the Rocky Mountain Society of Periodontists.
