We are able to provide advice and services on:
• A project manager who works with you to design an appropriate nurse service, monitor nurse achievements, provide management statistics (anonymous) on employee health and on medical / work status, liase with clients on matters such as health risk management, absence controls, effective presentation of employee health summaries for employee liability insurance purposes, staff retention, staff loyalty and motivation, whilst working along side Health and Safety managers.
• A customised audit trail illustrating compliance with relevant regulations, legislation, good practice and good risk management policy – including administration of records, management reports, and pro active advise.
