- The PWCA(C) was formed in November of 1966. Membership is open to all people who subscribe to the objectives of the PWCA(C). New members must be proposed and seconded by members in good standing of the Association. Membership dues must be paid annually by December 31 of each year to remain in good standing. Life membership shall be granted to any member who has paid dues for 30 years without further payment of fees.
