Description
Pennangalan Dreams was founded in 1995 to build e-commerce websites for small alternative retail businesses in the UK. In 1998 we moved one step further and opened our own online e-commerce store, and our name has now become associated with exciting boots and shoes for the goth, fetish and dance club culture. Pennangalan Dreams is run and owned by Kavort Ltd.
We employ a number of people (friends and relatives), all on a part-time basis as our needs alter. The list above shows everybody who does any sort of regular work for us. We do not provide any more employee details online than this - although there is a website for Doktor Joy.
Our business runs on Apple Macintosh computers, running a mix of Linux and Mac OS X. Our webserver is Apache, with dynamic pages provided by PHP4 and a MySQL database. We develop using Apache and PHP on Mac OS X. We build all of our own product management, site-maintenance, order handling, stock control and accounts systems ourselves.
