Perry's Construction has grown from a small Tignish contracting company, started in 1960 by founder Johnny Perry, to a diversified international company run today by son Harley. Continuing to meet the needs of Western P.E.I. and beyond, the company specializes in innovative insulated concrete form systems, commercial buildings, potato warehouses, ready mix and residential construction.
Harley Perry learned the ins and outs of the construction business while employed at Perry's, taking over in 1995 with the passing of his father. The 1990s brought many changes to the company, one of which included the decision to offer an alternative method of construction, insulated concrete form systems for potato storage, residential and commercial applications.
The company, based in Tignish, with concrete mixing plants located in Summerside and Tignish, has built a reputation Island-wide for completing quality structures.
