Maca is included in a number of male enhancement supplements because of its reputation as the Amazon rainforest’s answer to V1agra. Even as far back as 500 years ago, the Incas would consume this plant before going into battle to give themselves strength. However, there is a lot of difference between the Maca consumed by Peruvians and the tablets that wind up on store shelves. For this reason, a single-ingredient supplement may not be able to meet all of the consumer’s expectations.
