This is an excellent product. Mine has been working for OVER FOUR YEARS without a problem. I had Sonicares for years and the one and only drawback that I had with them is that once the rechargeable batteries died, your Sonicare was dead too. That was not an acceptable solution considering the price. If you used it every day, twice a day, you’d get about a year and a half out of them. When my last one died, I was so disappointed that I decided to go back to a manual brush and flossing routine.
