We can provide manual dough rollers & the machines, manual or semi-automatic to produce all types of dough wrapped fillings. Our PieMaster™ machines wrap a flattened piece of dough around a filling, seals the product, embosses the edge with a fork-like pattern (or a custom pattern) , and trims away the excess dough. It is known that all cultures of the world make some form of folded dough food. Some typical names of products are: Fruit Pies, Meat Turnovers, Jamaican Patties, or Pizza Calzones and Pizza Pockets, Pierogis, Pieroshkis, Empanadas - large and small, Cornish Pasties and many more. The PieMaster™ Turnover machines can make most types of folded foods that can be made on this principle.
