Matt has spent many years working with and teaching young people how to excel in sports. He has coached wrestling at the high school level and youth leagues level for 25 years.

Ron was captain of Lane Tech High School wrestling team and captain of Elmhurst college wrestling team. After college, he officiated in Illinois for six years. He has spent the last 20 years coaching in Illinois and Michigan. He was the assistant coach at Orr High School and head coach at Muskegon High school in Michigan from 1988 through 1992 with the best winning percentage and the most state qualifiers in school history.
