- pink livingroom press is an independent card company developed by artist Michelle Colling. Known as a photographer and collage artist, Michelle began making greeting cards in 1995 in the pink living room of her Minneapolis, Minnesota apartment. Being a cynical student of culture and art, the cards became an outlet for her feminist perspective on gender roles and social stereotyping. Aside from the gender slams, pink livingroom press cards follow the values that art should be affordable and that recycling is a good thing!
