Description
The Big Bang Graphics website began as a medium to support my artwork and in particular my State Flower Illustrations. It did not take long for me to use it as an outlet for some of my other interests and in this case my sometimes obsessive passion for Tequila. There are also the Chile Pages that hopefully in the future I will get a chance to expand on a bit more but my Tequila Pages have continued to get such a positive response that I have been inspired and encouraged to continue with and expand this section.
Tequila is the spirit of Mexico, full of history, romance and intrigue and deserves our respect and admiration. It was probably sometime in 1993 when I began enjoying tequila on a more sophisticated level unbeknownst to me that I wasn't the only one. In 1997 I found Bob Emmon’s "The Book of Tequila" and haven't looked back since.
My intentions here are not to encourage irresponsible drinking or the over indulgence of a spirit that is so often associated with that type of behavior. Quite the contrary, though, like many others my early experiences with tequila probably started that way. Fortunately I survived those younger days of slamming Cuervo Gold till dawn and as I have now hopefully matured so too has my taste in Tequila.
