The Interstate Commission on the Potomac River Basin (ICPRB) is an interstate compact commission established by Congress in 1940 to help the Potomac basin states and the federal government to enhance, protect, and conserve the water and associated land resources of the Potomac River basin through regional and interstate cooperation. The ICPRB is represented by appointed commissioners from Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, the District of Columbia, and the federal government.

The Commission conducts quarterly business meetings. For 2005, the meetings will be held on March 14-15, June 6-7, and September 12-13. The public is welcome to attend the meetings, however space is limited. If you would like to attend a meeting, contact the Commission at 301.984.1908 for more information.

The Commission's annual reports are available online in pdf format for easy download or you can request a paper copy by emailing info@icprb.org.
