I know, from my own experience that there are times when our problems can be incredibly overwhelming. I was a single mother on AFDC while in nursing school and know what it means to face and overcome the emotional and physical obstacles that challenge our lives.
I understand abusive relationships, failed marriages and the fears that tangle lives and get in the way of our goals and happiness. I always knew that life presented challenges, but I never knew quite how to deal with them in a healthy productive manner. No one ever gave me the rule book!
