The Prairies to Peaks Tourism Association was founded in the spring of 2003 to promote the historic and natural beauty, educational attributes, multitude of recreational attractions and events, and vast selection of unique shopping opportunities in the Prairies to Peaks region.
The area goes from the Town of Bowden (Hwy 587) in the north, east to Highway 805 (1 km east of the Hamlet of Torrington), south to the Cremona/Water Valley area, and west to the National Park boundaries.
Prairies to Peaks offers unique, natural experiences, and diverse stimulating outdoor recreation opportunities because the destination provides an excellent vacation value in a safe and friendly environment.
