- PCC Structurals
Precision Castparts Corporation manufactures components for fans, compressor, combustor, and turbine sections of a jet aircraft engine. PCC Structurals supply full range of components from small and medium sized parts to titanium components to the following markets: aircraft engines, airframes, armament, automotive, general industrial, medical, and power generation. Materials used are steel, titanium, nickel, and cobalt-based alloys. PCC Structurals can be located in California, Connecticut, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, South Carolina, and France. PCC employs NDI (non-destructive inspection) and radiographic inspection in facilities that are Nadcap accredited and ISO certified.
- PCC Airfoils
A wholly-owned subsidiary of Precision Castparts Corporation, PCC Airfoils is a leading producer of products that are made of special nickel superalloys to large, land-based gas turbines for electrical power generation equipment and of commercial jet engines and military jet engines. The Airfoils Division makes use of advanced investment casting technology and special material for high quality airfoil equipment.
PCC Airfoils have developed two processes to keep up with the demand of airfoils that can operate in higher service temperatures through altering the metals’ grain structures: directionally solidified (DS) and single crystal casting.

PCC Forged Products is a leading producer of complex forgings and high and excellent-performance-based nickel with alloys and super alloys for aerospace, industrial gas turbines, general industrial markets, and energy markets. The Forged Products segment is made up of two divisions: the Wyman-Gordon Forgings, and Special Metals Corporation. Wyman-Gordon Forgings is a leading manufacturer of titanium, nickel-based, and steel alloys while Special Metals Corporation offers a large range of nickel alloys, product forms, and cobalt alloys.
- Fastener Products
PCP Fastener Products is a leading manufacturer of high quality specialty fasteners and supplies sophisticated components and materials for aerospace, transportation, power generation, racing, farm, and construction equipment markets as well as industrial machinery. PCP recently acquired the Shur-Lok group, top producer of fastener products, to its Fastener Products segment.
PCP’s Advanced Forming Technology segment is the world’s largest producer of low-cost components for automotive, electronics, communications, consumer, medical, and aerospace markets, among others. AFT products are made of stainless steel, titanium, copper, and other ferrous alloys, and of net-shape, metal-matrix-composite components. PCP has also developed a new process called Thixo Forming, an alternative to die-casting, to produce its high quality products.
SPS Aerospace Fasteners and Components is a leading developer and supplier of engineered fasteners and fastening systems metal components and assemblies for commercial and military aircraft, jet engines, power generation, racing, and other key markets.
SPS Engineered Fasteners operates in Ohio, Australia, Southeast Asia, Waterford, the United Kingdom, North America and in Brazil. SPS Engineered Fasteners produces a range of fasteners and precision components for engines, automobiles, trucks, farm and construction equipment, and industrial machinery.
The E/One division has two main business activities:

PCP’s J&L Fiber Services is a world leader in pulp and paper optimization solutions, manufacturing refiner fillings and screen cylinders.
PCC Precision Tool Group manufactures Thread Rolling and Cold forming tools for aerospace, automotive, and general industrial markets. Brands under the Precision Tool Group are: Reed-Rico, Howell Penncraft, and Hi-Life Tools.
