WHAT IS PLASTIC SURGERY INTERACTIVE / OCBODY.COM?
Plastic Surgery Interactive began as the Plastic Surgery Resident Home Page in 1996 while Dr Di Saia was still in training. The site started with the descriptions of Procedures such as breast augmentation, breast lift, liposuction and tummy tuck. E-mail started flowing in and Question and Answer sections were added. Soon therafter (at your request) we added more elaborate descriptions with images and then Downloadable Software was added with A Plastic Surgery Primer going online in 1997. The site is interactive as it is nearly entirely written by its author in response to web user input from 1996 to present. You will not find hype or bull here but the truth as seen by the doctor.
Cosmetic surgery is a personal decision. The information produced for you here is designed to help you decide if it may be right for you.
