Here at Quantum Mouldings Ltd, we take pride in offering a high quality product and service to our customers. Since diversifying into commercial GRP moulding in 1992 (see history) we have expanded our workforce to twenty highly skilled individuals.
Low volume parts are made by traditional open moulding (hand lay-up GRP) Higher volume parts are made by Vacuum Moulding (VM) or by RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding). Both of these methods use matched tooling. This has the benefit of a lower component cost, and a smooth finish on both sides of the component.
