- Hi, I'm (click here) Carol and I will be your hostess as you tour our ranch web site. Mike (my husband) and I proudly own and operate the Quarter Moon Ranch, LLC. Our ranch was established in 1975. We are located in the beautiful green state of Oregon, in the great Northwest area of the USA. Our little ranch is nestled in a green hilly area with beautiful views all around us. It rains a lot here, but we don't mind.....it keeps it green. Because it rains a lot, we have an indoor arena so we're able to ride the year around. We are located between Portland and Salem, in the Canby, Oregon City area. Not far from anything.
