Reboot Consulting Co. was established in 1999 in response to the growing demand for computer technology in the Victoria area. Reboot specialized in Computer Support, Hardware Sales, and Information Management Technology. All prices in the services section now reflect Reboot Consultings rates. Philosophy
Unlike most consulting companies our first priority is to accurately ascertain a company's needs, and then to come up with an Open Source solution. Open Source software is one of the greatest tools in any company's IT arsenal. Unlike proprietary solutions (Windows based), the platform is free, as well as all the software involved. Another benefit is that almost all open source products have a vast community of users willing to share their expertise, as well as patch any software issues as they become known (Microsoft typically takes several months, Internet Explorer has around 30 secutity holes).
Our second priority is to make client / programmer interaction as enjoyable as possible, through our years of customer service and public relations experience. Your requirements in a project are what we strive to achieve, even if we have to bend over backwards. We'll take your requirements and break them down into managable parts, while maintaining communication with the client. Your projects will also be kept confidential, if required (otherwise your site is welcome under Portfolio links).
