Description
They have two wonderful children, Brett and Danica. Of course, Auntie Dena has already got a pony for the kids, and Brett even admitted that riding is more fun than tractor rides! Both kids love helping out on the farm and will no doubt be in the pony ring in a few years.
Luke, Brutus and Tia They spend their days exercising the cats, squirrels and gophers. Other than that, they eat, sleep, and snores!
Daughter Dena has just recently moved on to the farm and runs QVS on a daily basis. She began her career showing ponies, and was coached by Pat. She achieved her B2 in Pony Club at age 15 yrs., and represented Canada in Caracas, Venezuela, at age 16 yrs. She has won numerous championships and zone awards within Manitoba as well as CET medal wins, and showjumping wins at Spruce Meadows and Ft. Erie with grand prix jumper, Falko QV. After a banking career, Dena realized that her true love is working with young horses, and now devotes her time to riding, training and coaching.
