Description
I am currently the President and CEO of BCT Partners, a multimillion dollar management, technology and policy consulting firm that works with public, private, philanthropic and nonprofit organizations. BCT Partners is my fifth business venture.
From corporate executives and government officials to students and community leaders, I have addressed audiences on topics such as entrepreneurship, technology innovations, career management and academic excellence.
As a Rhodes Scholar and former college athlete who holds five academic degrees from Rutgers, Oxford and MIT, I have contributed to four books and published more than twenty scholarly papers. I am currently writing two books: The Campus CEO and Black Faces in White Places.
