Prior to creating Positive Focus, Inc., Ray was an Executive Protection Specialist, which entailed providing personal protective services to dignitaries and high profile individuals such as Nelson Mandela, Corporate executives, and the like. He has worked for an international telemarketing firm where he was responsible for the day-to-day security operations as well as facilitating safety for up to 5,000 employees. In short, he has spent most of his adult life dedicated to the personal safety, security, and growth of others.
Currently, Ray is changing the way people think with his Keynote presentation "What's your value, the bottom line." This keynote is ideal for "kicking off" a conference or as an after dinner presentation and sets a new standard for motivation and productivity. Ray, along with over seeing several businesses of his own, is a director on the Board of Education, Development Corporation, and Chamber of Commerce in his community. Ray was honored as "Citizen of the Year" in 1999.
