The Child Development Foundation (CDF) is a charitable educational trust established to develop, implement, monitor and promote educational programmes, which are directed towards the development and enhancement of personal and social skills.
Trustees: Bob Baird, Dame Augusta Wallace, Judy Bailey, Karroll Brent-Edmondson, Trish Grant, Ross Craig, Kingi Ihaka, Bryan Porteous, Chas Woolley , John Langley, Rod Emmerson .
1995 - Reaching Forward is launched for the 7-10 year old age group. After extensive trials Reaching Out is updated and the CDF regional structure is set up.
