We believe in the Holy Trinity, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. We believe “there is no other name under heaven given to man by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12 ) We believe Jesus Christ is alive and participates in life with us and He continues to save, bring life, heal, feed, and love. We believe the Bible is the Holy Spirit indisputable, inspired Word of God. We believe and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the Glory of God the Father and when we accept Jesus as our Savior and confess our sin, He is faithful and just to forgive us and God sends forth the Holy Spirit to dwell in us and guide us in all truth.
We are real women with real issues seeking a real God in real situations. Our mission is to encourage women from all over to know the living Savior, to enjoy God and desire to delight the Lord. Real Christian Sisters is committed above all things to bring the Lord glory and please Him. We are dedicated to the discipleship of Christian sisters within every denomination. And desire to encourage women in the knowledge that the Word of God is alive.
The name came about as I was discussing with my sister Kim some type of audio ministry. Well, we laughed and hooted imagining that the Lord would use us for such a thing (by the way He is crazy like that and you can actually hear our RCS Audio Message) when the name Real Life Christian Sisters popped into my head. It popped into my head because I had been called a “real” Christian three times in the same week. Then coming up with the forum for the website, I felt God press upon me that He wanted authenticity. For a long time as Christians, we were not genuine with each other. We didn’t allow another Christian to know that we had sin in our lives or we were struggling in areas. We hid behind a façade of false spirituality never allowing anyone to see the real woman who hurt or who couldn’t do everything. When we don’t practice authentic lifestyles before the Lord, it causes bondage in our lives and Christ did not come so we could be in bondage to false spiritual lifestyles He came so we could have life to the full, with authenticity before the Author of our lives and each other.
