Facilities

Currently, Reel Picture is one of the largest brick and mortar media facilities in California. A 50,000 square foot facility houses productions and warehousing; the manufacturing lines are capable of injection molding 80,000 CD and 30,000 DVD replications a day and the production lines run 24 hours a day. Stringent controls are maintained to produce media of the highest quality. The company is fully licensed by Phillips and is MPAA and Disney approved.

DVD replication

Production Capacity

Reel Picture's DVD production capacity is 30,000 DVD replications per day and CD production capacity is 80,000 CD replications per day. Reel Picture offers 24-hour, around-the-clock manufacturing to provide customers with the fastest turnaround and delivery times available.

DVD packaging

Once the DVD manufacturing process is completed, the product goes into the integrated disc packaging queue. CD replication

Reel Picture offers customers CD replication and offset or silkscreen disc label printing services.
