- Remediation Services, Inc. (RSI) was founded in 1997. In 2001 Allen Edson, Olin Webb, and John Schweizer, company founders, brought RSI forward as an operating company. Our mission is to provide high quality environmental remediation services from a platform that is a community-based enterprise. RSI provides a needed alternative to other environmental contracting firms, which up until now have dominated the environmental remediation services marketplace. We provide significant participation or employment for residents who live near environmental projects at former industrial sites and military bases.
