About The L&Q group
The London & Quadrant Group is one of 2,000 housing associations that work in the UK. Our main purpose is to provide high quality, affordable homes.
L&Q residents are varied. Most families are on low incomes and usually come to us from the local council lists of those who need housing.
All our work is about creating places where people want to live. We also believe in getting best value so that our residents get the best level of service possible from us. Encouraging equal opportunities is central to everything we do.
