edit Revert
In RecentChanges each edit in the wiki has a line that begins:Additionally, history is also the 3rd (between 'article' and 'move') tab from the left above.
With these tools, we can correct any un-constructive edits that we or someone else makes. Just go back to the version you want and edit it. Place Revert in the edit summary.
edit RevertTest
- Is the edit constructive?
- Is the edit good for the reader?
- The test is not whether you agree with or like the edit.
- Do not needlessly revert edits of a user that has reverted your edits. Such retaliatory actions can quickly escalate into EditWars.
edit RevertVandalism
We've gone back to a previous (good) edit and reloaded the article from there, after vandalism or other unconstructive attacks to the page. If you have a problem with a particular site or institution, please make use of the review section or discussion page to vent in a constructive manner. If you can not abide, then diaf.
edit discussion
The above animation shows an "undo" button I can click on. Today when I used the radio buttons in the "history" to get to an diff page http://www.aboutus.org/BlogCatalog.com?diff=55/53 I expected to see that "undo" button somewhere on that diff page. But I don't see the word "undo" anywhere on that diff page. Am I looking in the wrong place, or has the "undo" button been disabled (perhaps accidentally)?
