Description
This site was founded in 1993 by Richard Osbourn. It was then that he first went to the Internet to find information on places to ride within a few hours drive of home. It did not take long to see the information was just not out there. Soon after, he began to publish this site and it has been growing ever since. In his words "
I simply started sharing that kind in-depth stuff from places me and my buddies had been in the tri state area. We must have hit on something cause guys started writing from all over. Requests came for trails for pages for MI, MO, OH, everywhere in the Midwest."
Today Ride Midwest continues to collect information from riders all over the Midwest. They contribute their notes, favorite trails, and other information.
