XHTML on this website does not use presentational markup. Presentation is exclusively controlled by CSS2 . This site is designed to be viewed using any web browser. That includes braille and text-to-speech browsers. That doesn't mean vaguely readable, either. It means designed to be used that way.
There is an exception to the above rule: The AIWS forum is run on software which was made by someone less idealistic. The main requirement I used when selecting forum software was that it should have no reported security holes. Accessibility unfortunately has to come second to site security.
