About the Foundation
Following Richard Wilson's tragic death in December 2000, the Foundation was established to provide funds each year to support youth sports organisations and individuals in the Wrea Green locality.
Commitee: Andy Carten, Neil Fenton, Brian Gornall, Dennis Halliday, Anne Hubbard, Gerry Johnson .Helen Jones, Derek Lancaster, Saffon Milligan, Denis Rawcliffe, Matt Roberts, Anne Wilson, Richard Wilson, Neil Withington .
To raise funds in support of local young sportspeople and sporting groups in the parishes of Ribby with Wrea and Westby with Plumptons (and in exceptional circumstances - surrounding towns and parishes), to aid their personal and skill development in their chosen activities
