- In 1994, Dr. Burak Kozan Lothar Bongartz and a partner founded Moove in Leverkusen, Germany. The two founders had already found success by developing software products which were being used internationally; software such as DC-Tools, Nantucket Clipper Tools, and CA-Visual Objects, are all development tools in the fields of object-oriented programming languages, general function libraries and databases. Building on their proven technology, the partners introduced their first product, Roomancer, in 1996. Roomancer was a revolutionary new concept in how users were able to both interact with their own PC's (in a 3 dimension visualization of their system), and with each other (in the unique peer-to-peer interactive aspect of the new platform). Roomancer was so powerful and forward thinking, that it attracted those who were open to such a quantum leap in communications capability.
