Excerpted from the web: These guys are a door or two in West Byfleet away from their 'solicitors', called 'Graham White' (no connection with a proper firm of the same name). The man fronting the firm is Michael Sobell, a solicitor who actually works for the London Borough of Hackney. In reality, the firm is just a lot of geeks sending out scary letters. If you put up a fight they back down. The way to fight them when Roxburgh send their first letter is to reply denying the charge, say you will defend the claim, threaten a counterclaim and demand they issue proceedings wihtin 14 days. Then if they send two further threatening letters you report them to the Police for harassment. The last thing they want is to see you in Court. The whole thing is a mailing operation, looking for easy pickings. Don't make life easy for them!
