About Safecare Medical Center Safecare Medical Center operates two primary care physicians' offices in addition to providing licensed massage therapy treatments to patients in the South Broward and North Dade communities of South Florida. Safecare Medical Center has two office locations: Hallandale Beach, Florida as well as Hollywood, Florida. Both offices are less than a fifteen minute drive from the cities of: Aventura, Cooper City, Dania, Dania Beach, Davie, Ft. Lauderdale, Golden Beach, Miramar, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Pembroke Park, Pembroke Pines, Southwest Ranches, Sunny Isles, and Weston.
Ernest G. Sayfie, M.D. founded Safecare Medical Center in 1967, with his first office located next to the Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood Beach, Florida.

Safecare Medical Center's Services Safecare Medical Center's medical staff performs primary health care services including physical exams, preventive health screenings, Pre-Employment Physicals, and Workers Compensation exams. Our physicians can perform diagnostic testing such as Pulmonary Function Tests, and Spirometry. Physical therapy and therapeutic massage are offered in our office or the convenience of your home or workplace. Medication injections, vaccinations, drug testing, and laboratory services are also available.
