My full name is Samuel Edwin Robert Smith. Edwin was my great grandfather. Robert is a random name my mother liked. We think that my last name originated from a German immigrant before World War 1, who probably changed it from Smit to fit in. I was born in Rotorua, New Zealand on Sunday the 14th of August 1977 at about 7:15pm. (Apparently my folks were on holiday, and I've never been to Rotorua since). That makes me a Leo. I know I'm not Elvis reincarnated, because he died 2 days after I was born. I'm mostly English and Irish, but I have little bits of German, Norwegian and Swedish ancestry inside me.
My father is American and my mother is Kiwi, so I hold dual-citizenship in both countries. My father met my mother in New Zealand while traveling the world and ended up staying! I lived the first 8 years of my life growing up in Nelson, New Zealand. When I was 8, my parents decided to move to the good old USA. We spent one year in Fayetteville, Arkansas near my Grandmother and Aunties, and 3 and a half years in Nashua, New Hampshire. I moved back to Nelson when I was 13 and started high school at Nelson College for Boys. I managed to finish in 1995 with university entrance, and decided to go on to university.
