I have a background in nursing and in that field I have worked with holistic approaches to all kinds of health care, from work with infants, to medical and psychiatric care of young children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
My work with holistic healing actually started in 1976 when I trained in body/mind medicine and body-centered therapies. My training and experience are built on innate skills of deep listening, acute perception, and an inherent capacity to be non-judgmental.
My spiritual practice started in 1970, with gentle explorations into Eastern mysticism, followed by extensive studies in Native American Tradition, and since 1985, in Tibetan Buddhism.
